Shipping & Returns

We currently ship within the United States only, and standard shipping is free on every order with no minimum spend. Orders processed within 1–2 business days.

Tracking emailed as soon as it ships. Delivery windows are estimates from the carrier, not guarantees — weather, carrier backlogs and peak periods can add a few days. If your tracking has not moved for five business days, email support@poreveda.com and we will chase it for you.

If it is not right for you, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. You do not need to send photos or explain yourself.

• Return the handset and heads in a condition where they can be safely handled — used is fine, that is the point of a trial period
• No restocking fee, ever
• Returns within 30 days for a full refund. You cover return postage unless the item arrived faulty.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of the return arriving
• Faulty or incorrect items: we cover return postage and replace or refund your choice — email us and we will send the label

This return right is in addition to any rights you have under US consumer law, which we do not limit.

PoreVac Pro is sold in a single configuration, so there are no sizes or colours to swap. If your unit arrives damaged or stops working, email support@poreveda.com with your order number and a photo, and we will replace it or refund you — whichever you prefer.
